Who should I contact about maintenance requests, improperly parked vehicles, or any other questions or concerns?

INTEGRA Condominium Association Management, Inc., is the first point of contact for maintenance and vehicle issues. Please call them at 360-656-5091, or email them at integra@integra2183.com. INTEGRA forwards all enquiries to the board members. On an emergency issue, INTEGRA will respond immediately.

How many cars am I allowed to park at Cottage Creek?

Each unit is permitted one (1) vehicle, in their assigned space, and must adhere to the guidelines in Rules & Regs 5-d.

Where can I park my additional vehicles?

Here are a few strategies for residents with multiple vehicles:

• Park your motorcycle and car in your assigned space using the illustrated configuration below (and make sure they’re both registered using the Vehicle Registration Form!)

• Park an extra car at a family member’s or friend’s house
• Park an extra car at a storage facility
• City of Bellingham Parking Services (monthly parking passes)
• Diamond Parking (monthly parking passes)
• Use WTA (WTA stops 2085 and 3212 are just off-property)
• Carpool

Where can my visitor park? And for how long?

Visitors may park in designated visitor spaces for up to 48 hours. Visitors are not allowed to park & move their vehicles every 48 hours to another parking spot on the premises to extend or circumvent their way around the 48-hour rule.

When is the garbage and recycling picked up?

• Garbage is picked up every Wednesday.
• Cardboard is picked up every other Monday.
• Recycling is picked up every other Thursday.

What do our dues pay for?
